Cooling mode of steel structure workshop

Now there is a cooling treatment scheme for steel structure workshop, which can deal with this problem. That is to use environmental friendly air conditioners and industrial fans. The environmental friendly air conditioners will continuously send fresh air conditioners to the workshop, and then the industrial fans will promote the air flow in a large area. Some air conditioners will be sent to various parts of the workshop to achieve good cooling effect.


The energy saving of industrial fans can not only deal with the cooling problem of steel structure plants, but also do not need to spend high costs. Therefore, the method of combined cooling of fans is very popular now. This cooling treatment scheme of steel structure plants has been widely used in many large plants to deal with the cooling problem of large plants.

 


First of all, we need to understand the following problems of the steel structure plant:


1、 Rapid heat absorption and transfer in steel structure workshop.


When the sun shines on the metal skin, the steel absorbs the heat. When the heat is transferred to the workshop, the workshop temperature will be very high.


2、 Look at the structural dimensions and opening frequency of doors and windows in the production workshop.


3、 Check whether the workshop equipment has heat source.


The large ventilation volume of the heat source should be increased, and the small ventilation volume of the heat source can be reduced.


4、 See the distribution of production equipment and personnel.


Understand the size of the workshop space, and calculate the number of equipment required according to the size of the workshop.


Based on the above conditions and customer demands, the following conditions are comprehensively analyzed:


1. Since there are many production personnel in the workshop and the heat source is large, the overall ventilation and cooling scheme shall be selected.


Scheme I: exhaust fan+water-cooled air conditioner


An exhaust fan is installed on one side of the workshop, through which the hot air in the workshop is discharged. On the other side of the workshop, evaporative water-cooled air conditioners are installed to deliver 28 ℃ cold air to the workshop. With this scheme, the temperature of the workshop can be reduced by 4-15 ℃. The production personnel can feel the flow of cool air, and the body temperature can be reduced by 3-5 ℃.


Scheme II: exhaust fan+industrial large ceiling fan


An exhaust fan is installed on one side of the workshop, through which hot air in the workshop is discharged. A large industrial ceiling fan is installed in the center of the workshop to mix air flow, so that indoor air can be cooled rapidly.


Scheme III: exhaust fan+industrial ceiling fan+water-cooled air conditioner


An exhaust fan is installed on one side of the workshop to discharge hot air in the workshop through the exhaust fan. An evaporative water-cooled air conditioner is installed on the other side of the workshop to deliver cold air to the workshop. A large industrial ceiling fan is installed in the center of the workshop to mix air flow, so that the indoor air can be cooled rapidly.

 

 

There are three very effective, efficient and cost-effective treatment schemes for cooling the steel structure workshop:


1. Overall cooling plan


All environmental friendly air conditioners are selected for cooling, which are applicable to those with specific requirements for the temperature in the workshop. The workshop has a large area, huge space, dense personnel, poor air quality due to various environmental pressures, and the environment is sultry.


In order to achieve a better cooling effect, the overall cooling scheme is generally selected, and environmental friendly air conditioning is one of the commonly used equipment in this case.


An environmental friendly air conditioner can cover an area of more than 100 square meters. It uses electricity for one hour, with small power consumption, large wind pressure, far air supply, good effect and fast cooling.


If the workshop area is too large, all heat dissipation can be used in combination, such as the combination of environmental friendly air conditioners and industrial large fans "fan complementation", or the combination of environmental friendly air conditioners and negative pressure fans, and devices can be installed according to the size of the environment.


The overall cooling scheme can rapidly reduce the temperature of the whole plant by 4-15 degrees, ensure that the whole plant is ventilated within one minute, and the stuffy air in the whole plant is continuously discharged, which can also remove the odor and increase the oxygen content.

 


2. Post cooling plan


For plants with large area but few personnel, it is generally recommended to use rear air supply (cooling) for cooling. Many steel structure factories are in the state of half warehouse and half workshop, and only local areas are operated by personnel. In this case, the post cooling scheme is suitable for use, and no cooling will be carried out in unattended areas. That is to say, local air supply cooling shall be carried out for each post, and no cooling is required for the storage area of goods and products. The problem of personnel cooling can be handled specifically, and the cost of investment will not be too large, which should be controlled within a reasonable range. The cooling plan is an economical and practical cooling plan for iron workshop, which deals with the problem of personnel cooling and keeps the cost to the minimum.


3. Fan supporting scheme


Large industrial fans (with a building height of more than 4 meters) and environmental friendly air conditioners are installed in the steel structure workshop. Through professional planning and calculation, and in combination with the practical needs of customers, the two products have obvious advantages, complement each other scientifically, and the advantages of the two products complement each other. Together, they make up for each other's efficiency deficiencies. It is a very good solution for cooling large factories and warehouses with low cost to achieve the purpose of ventilation and cooling for all and reduce the material cost of air conditioning ducts.
